Buyers are spending more. The ILM survey showed that enquiries for properties between €250,000 and €2m rose by 7 per cent over the last year. In the ILM survey, 90 per cent of respondents indicated that confidence levels in June 2015 were the higher than at the beginning of 2014. “Potential clients seem to be better informed, and there is more confidence in the Portuguese economy.”
